Step 1

Cook chopped bacon in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook until crisp, about 10 minutes. Remove bacon and all but 1 Tbsp of bacon fat.

Step 2

Increase heat to medium-high heat. Add Brussels sprouts to the bacon fat. Then add mango, brown sugar, salt & pepper. Cook until Brussels sprouts are tender, about 6 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Step 3

Remove from heat and toss with reserved bacon.
