Shred the white cheddar cheese first and set aside.
Boil a large pot of water and cook according to pasta package instructions, drain.
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Whisk in flour for 1 minute until it turns a light golden color.
Slowly whisk in the heavy cream and milk. Whisk for about 3 minutes.
Add the seasonings, reduce heat to low. Slowly stir in the shredded cheese, stir continuously until smooth and thickened. Remove from heat.
Add boiled pasta to cheese sauce, stir to combine, and serve hot.
