Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2020 is 63% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Gusto Vineyard (certified organic) in Redwood Valley, 14% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Trieb Vineyard (organic) in Alexander Valley, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Prior Vineyard (certified organic) in Sonoma Valley, and 13% Merlot from Mojon?s Bench (organic) in Alexnder Valley, All lots were fermented in stainless steel with a minimal 1-2 punchdowns or pumpovers per day and aged 13 months in neutral French oak barrels. Due to the fires in 2020, many of the Camp vineyards were not harvested and hence production is quite below normal. What is here does represent the best of the best in a very difficult vintage.
