Buttery Cracker Crusted Halibut

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Crush sleeve of crackers, per video. Add to melted butter and stir to combine.
Combine seasoning salt, black pepper in a bowl. Rub on halibut fillets.
Add olive oil to skillet, spread over cooking surface.
Add fillets to skillet. Generously cake the cracker mixture on top of each halibut, creating a 1/2" crust on top.
Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
