Sausage and Egg Sandwich with Hash Brown Bun

Combine shredded cheddar cheese, flour, onion, egg, salt, pepper, and Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns in a large mixing bowl. Mix together.
With your hands, flatten a palm-sized amounts of the mixture into a bun shape; repeat until you have the desired amount (two buns per sandwich).
Fry each bun in a pan until both sides are golden-brown in color; remove from heat.
In the same pan, fry the eggs and sausage patties until done.
Remove from heat; stack egg and sausage on top of one hash bun.
Top with a slice of cheddar cheese.
Finish the sandwich by adding the second hash bun on top.
