Step 1

Clean Idaho potatoes and puncture the top of the potatoes with fork. Bake potatoes at 400°F for 50-55 minutes in the oven or in the microwave on HIGH for 7 minutes or until fork-tender.

Step 2

Slicing the Idaho potatoes lengthwise down the middle, squeeze each half from the ends to break up the potato slightly.

Step 3

Warm Curley's BBQ Pork or Chicken as directed on package. Remove Curly’s cooked tub from your microwave (be careful, it’s hot).

Step 4

Place 1/4 of the Curly’s Famous Pulled BBQ Pork or Chicken in each half.

Step 5

Add 1/4 of the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the beef and sprinkle with the dill.
