Directions

Step 1

Brown ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is translucent about 8 minutes.

Step 2

Add cooked beef and onions to a 4-6 quart slow cooker.

Step 3

Add potatoes, carrots, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Cover and cook on low heat for 6 hours or on high heat for 3 hours.

Step 4

Add cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Cover and cook for 30 minutes on low until cheese is melted.

Step 5

Stir and serve with your favorite cheeseburger toppings (cheddar cheese, green onions, cooked bacon, and pickles.)
