Pork Tenderloin with Tropical Glaze

A quick, easy pork tenderloin recipe with a delectable sweet and spicy tropical glaze. Drizzled with an easy glaze of cumin, ginger, cinnamon, and Sriracha makes a delicious and easy oven-roasted pork tenderloin.

Step 1

To make the rub, combine: salt, cinnamon, ginger, brown sugar, cumin, and paprika.

Step 2

To make the glaze, whisk together: honey, sriracha, garlic, and pepper. Set aside 1/3 of glaze to use for serving.

Step 3

Coat tenderloin completely with rub.

Step 4

Preheat oven safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil when hot.

Step 5

Brown tenderloin 3-4 minutes on all sides.

Step 6

Spoon glaze over tenderloin on all sides.

Step 7

Bake 20 minutes at 350°F until internal temperature reaches 145°F with thermometer.

Step 8

Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.

Step 9

Spoon glaze over slices to serve.
